Hi. It's a popular song at Jewish weddings. “Siman Tov u’Mazal Tov” is a musical way of wishing the couple well. “Siman Tov” means a good sign. “Mazal Tov” means good fortune.

and I also have another question, why in this party, all the men dance with each other and so do women? is it traditional?
