http://alcoholabuseadvice.com/ My older brother is an alcoholic. He has been for as long as I can remember. Alcohol abuse runs in my family, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Still, it's heartbreaking to see him waste his life by being wasted as the time. He's had to declare bankruptcy twice, his wife is thinking about leaving him and taking their two kids, and his body is starting to break down pretty severely. I just wish he could see the damage he's doing, both to himself and to his family, and realize that he doesn't have to live that way. I wish I could do it for him, but it has to be his choice.
But with chioce comes consequences and today ppl dont want any...which is why they dont want to asmit being in cntrole...they dont the responsability.

no "disease" forces you to go to a bar, forces you to pickup a bottle, forces you to take a glass, forces you to pour the booze into the glass, forces you to take the glass to your lips, forces you to drink the liquid....
all those are CHOICES.
The susceptibility to the effects of alcohol vary from individual to individual, but even then, to come to the effects of alcohol, you first have to CHOOSE to drink it.

Alcoholism is NOT a disease! Its a chioce! Calling it a disease takes away the personal responsibility of those who CHOOSE to abuse alcohol. Cancer is a disease, not drinking too much moron.
