How many reps per exercise do i need to do to have some results ?

@kchtescapoeira Your question is a difficult one to answer I'm afraid. When I train my students in flexibility work, I have a number of preliminary movements that they perform to help me map out their programs.. knowing nothing about your current level of fitness, you must understand I'm shooting blindly by saying- 4-8 sets of this or that. It's all predicated on your starting point. Thanks, Steve

@justinhardt1 It depends on what discipline- If you're referring to collective daily training: I cycle, practice the Body Practice, spend 2-3 hours in handbalancing, and then my strength training. Six days a week. Five-seven hours a day on average, but it's onl because I am able to train WITH my clients. There's no possible way I could train as much with a regular type of job.

@lriet My friend, it is (like so many things)- a practice. We do have limits (no doubt) however, most of us don't practice remotely as close to those limits as we think we are. Good luck in all your training, and wellness. -S.Atlas
