This is a really simple core and abs workout to end any training session and is based on using a stability ball to make it a little bit tougher.
The workout: Circuit style (moving from one to the next with very little rest) * Russian twists 3 x 30 seconds * Back extensions 3 x 15 reps * Sit-ups 3 x 20 reps
