knowing several military personnel who are sent around the country to different bases I can say this. They never send them by bus always by air and they do not carry their guns, knives etc on them when they travel inside this country from one base to another. When they do its in a convoy. This video is not true.

I can see why the original video creator with the real woman's voice made it. I think it is false, based on the dialogue she describes between herself and the soldier she spoke with. His responses and the fact he bought her story wholesale apparently without a moment's critical thought was unbelievable. Martial law is on the way in the USA and I don't doubt that's what the guillotines and coffins are for, but if you're going to make up a story to get your point across, do it right.
