Is it time oil companies get behind renewable energy research and other sustainable energy solutions? Chevron's TV ads show the common ground we all share on key renewable energy issues like solar energy.

  • Good video and music. As I understand, the video communicates agreements on some things between people and oil companies. Great efforts to communicate this, Chevron.

  • @zhjermia Thanks, we really appreciate hearing this!

  • I would love to have a copy of the music from this video, it's really inspiring. Who wrote it/performed it? And where can I find more of his work?

  • @Toddhimself Hi - Thanks for the comment. We're glad you like the music! The track, "Tazmania" featured in the current We Agree TV ads was composed, arranged and produced by Mark Foster at Mophonics Studios in Venice, CA.

  • What's the LAST name of the Teacher?

  • @ExTincT2010 We do not release the last names of anyone in the Chevron “We Agree” television commercials.

  • @Athenesword14 Indoctrinating 3rd graders!!!! That might have been a big joke 30 years ago but it is so true now. Why do liberals gravitate towards being teachers? As far as Chevron ads I hate the music and the content. They were designed to resonate with the indoctrinated mindless zombies and Prius pilots.

  • I DON'T AGREE. I refuse to buy overpriced Chevron gas or products becauise of these dumb ads. ARCO gets my money. They sell domestic Alaskan oil and gasoline without resorting to annoying ads.

  • The music sucks on this commercial

  • @spbsxwing Nope, that's my dad. He's no actor.

  • @candeeo1 I don't pay attention to commercials to get turned on sexually-so there is nothing wrong with me(based on your statement). However, visit any magazine stand and attractive women appear on the covers of both male and female magazines. Whatever the content it draws peoples attention. Candeo, you seem intelligent but don't understand marketing.Company and Asianmuppet aside, Do you not support the message of alternative energy?(wind, solar, algae)(burning dung was not mentioned)

  • came here for Mark Foster!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @llHyRaXll Correction: She is Muppetina, with an "a".

  • Personally, I think this ad was poorly executed. The other spots I saw in this campaign are far better organized, but when I first saw this ad on TV I thought that it was a debate between two sides; the way that the two individuals seem to be cutting into each other's silence seems kind of rude, so when they see eye-to-eye in the end it's rather confusing.

On a less serious note, if you could hire "Chevron Geophysicist Karl Marx" to appear in more of these, you'd probably have greater success.
