A quick little demo of a Hierarchical Skeletal Animation system I'm working on.
It's a fairly simple system, made in C# & XNA. Each bone stores its own transformations (Position & Rotation) relative to it's parent bone. The absolute transformation of a bone is the sum of all the parent transformations up from a bone to the root of the skeleton.
The editor is very rough, this is more or less showing off the actual system. I almost have animations done, so expect a video within the next week!
Make him do the robot lol...
