When performing a back handspring, start with the arms up, place the knees over the feet and push through with the toes. Fall back in a backwards motion and execute a back handspring with tips from a gymnastics coach in this free video on gymnastics.

  • @BriMcCue21 I had the same fear for a very long time! I stopped tumbling for a year then went back and started doing everything by myself! I recommend taking a class at your local gym , the coaches there will help you and show you that you can do it by yourself! Once you do It once it's so much fun!
