Was Tom Jones the first to add the word "maybe" to the lyrics? Because with all due respect to John Lee Hooker, it makes the lyrics 9000 times more beautiful...

crap i wish to be on his concert, he s my best..... i missed in Budapest (francba) and i missed 2 days ago in Brno (do riti)...it was just no tickets when i found out he will sing there !!!! jesus..... just be once on his concert....he s the guy !!! SIR TOM, 4ever

He's changed the lyrics! instead of "ain't no heaven" he sings "MAYBE there ain't no heaven"
and instead of "when I die, where I go, nobody knows" ...he fudges that one too.
