01. drive thru Grand Bazaar/Bamboo 1&3 Exit... over the Ramp that heads into Bamboo #1 and then off to head WEST

02. drive onto FlyOver from Aranguez Lights heading South

03. drive from Caroni Bridge which essentially remains the same

04. driving EAST past the FlyOver

However, after seeing your last comment I'm waiting for you to aswer that question for me, how do you get to the East from GB? (I not in Trinidad right now) I was wondering that ever since they put up the schematic of the structure two years ago, cause I couldn't figure it out. Do you have to go all the way to the bird santuary?
