@Trazish The creator himself was asked at a convention if they were a couple and his response was, quote, "Are you serious? Nanoha-chan and Fate-chan are mar~ried. *makes a heart sign with his hands*." I'm serious xD It was amazing.

No, but the creators made many obvious hints that fate and nanoha are a couple. It was later, after the series was over, that the voice actors (I believe), came out and said that Fate and Nanoha were a couple. Just look up Vivio, their child. She calls them Fate-mama and Nanoha-mama (remember those hints I was talking about?).
