It's the 2xxx series made in 2006 and the highest end card was the Radeon HD 2900.

All the crap people gave me when I bought my 470s because Fermi used so much power and was so hot...yet nobody remembers that the 2900XT ate just as much power as my GTX 270 and couldn't even compete with the high end.
What a flop that card was.
