This is a note that I am adding on September 20, 2011............If you want to contact me send an email to tobaccogyo@yahoo.com
I am doing this because I have tried but can not figure out how to respond to comments or messages or how to answer emails sent to me through you tube.

Basic cigar rolling technique for someone who never rolled a cigar. This is strictly for the non professional hobbyist. Following these instructions you will roll a good cigar. You will improve on this technique and get better and better.
In the future I may add more videos sharing a few tips on how easily to bring your cigars to a professional appearance, how to roll multiple cigars in one roll and more. But in the mean time this will get you started.

  • how do get the leaves pliable for rolling

  • @gunnerfy I put them in a plastic bag, usually 10 to 15 leaves or so, (that will get me around 7 cigars) and I spray them with a hand mister. I close the bag and let it sit for a couple hours. That gets them pliable enough to work with.. If not I give them another spray and let them sit in the closed bag longer. Hard to say how long to let them sit in the moist bag but they will eventually soften. Don't worry if you wet them too much. Drape them over something to dry or open the bag for a while.

  • Hello serviedoux, I'm not sure how this response thing works but 'm going to give it a go.

You can use a spray bottle. The whole idea is to make the leaf pliable. I use the thinned out paste that I make up to wet the leaf. As for egg white. I've heard of it being used but I never used it. You should try what I used in one of the videos.
