i did the whole quest line of college and didint get it :/

regen magicka is useless on a mage. just get max magic/fire/lightning/cold resists all to 85. you will get healed by any elemental damage. also you dont need to invest many points into magicka, maybe only 100-150 since if you enchant all your gear with the (certain school costs __% less magicka to cast, you can get it down to zero mana. so you cast your spells for no mana cost at all.

@hiyateen yea i agree its the mask tat gives 50 magicka and help destruction spells to cast 15% less if im not wrong
