This is an AMV I made for my friend Caitlin. She really likes Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni and so I went and watched it. and not only watched, made her a video to a show she'd mentioned made her think of the show.

Is there a reason I used all that blood? Yes. pay attention to the video and you'll know why. It's all used very purposefully. I wouldn't necessarily recommend the show (you might like it but I didn't, so I just can't tell people to watch), but it would make more sense if you'd watched it. :3 if you want answers ask. I don' t mind sharing the meaning and stuff

no actually I had all the episodes from the DVD <3 thank you though for being a judgemental asshole :3 I was making this for a friend because she said the song reminded her of the show. SO I watched it and made this for her. I'm sorry you didn't like it, but it isn't for you.

Also, I found the show to be dumb and incredibly mentally frustrating. not because It was hard to understand, but I called the story in the first 3 episodes. all of it. TOO EASY. it was trying too hard to be creepy. Thanks.

@Moonchipz you should listen to the song. it's really messed up. it's all about murdering people who love you by convincing them to commit lover's suicide and letting go and watching them fall to their death. If violent clips weren't used it wouldn't make much sense with the violent nature of the song. Or you can just not pay attention to logic, reason, and sense and be rude and obnoxious. And ignorant. Just saying.
