And it appears he was run over on his front lawn and dragged under his wife's car for about 2 miles. Darlene Brown reportedly told officials she was defending herself after getting into a fight with her husband. But there's no word what the couple was arguing over. And police told a local TV station the couple didn't have a history of domestic problems. SOT: "We have interviewed his family members and other witnesses that were present during an altercation with him and his wife. It appears to be a farm used at the original home. We are not able to determine exactly what transpired but we have a vehicle. We believe we have debris under the vehicle that may have resulted to him being drug." Sheriff Terry Ashe/Wilson County Right now, Brown's death is being called a homicide. But it's not clear if or when charges will be filed in the case.
