  • Unfortunately, they also scare the dogs. Aruba ends up with dead dogs across the streets as people don't have their dogs locked in yards or houses. Dogs are always free to roam the streets and when fireworks are used, they panic and run- many getting lost or killed. Time for a lot of humane education on Aruba.
