The new iTunes 8.2 got smarter and could prevent jailbreak from QuickPwn and other jailbreaking programs. So if you updated to the new itunes and havent jailbroken your itouch or iphone, UNINSTALL and install and older itunes

But i've jailbroken numors times after switching between 3.0 and 2.2.1 and it was still fine but the was the 8.2 pre-release which im still using. But what is supposed to happen?

if you updated to the official release then it would probably disconnect the ipod from quickpwn
