1) 0:00 - Never In a Million Years - 1962 #56
2) 2:20 - I Wonder, I Wonder, I Wonder - from her Congress LP
3) 4:18- Who's Been Sleeping In My Bed - 1964 - named after the Dean Martin movie, but not in the soundtrack. #100.
4) 6:49 - Patch It Up - 1965 Kapp label single. More in the Bacharach style of the day, a good non-hit.

In 1965 she was a co-host on six episodes of Where the Action Is. That's not available on video so far. In 1962 she sang in the movie Don't Knock the Twist. She was sixteen at the time.

  • GREAT,GREAT,GREAT!!! Adore the songs of Linda Scott, and vividly remember swooning over her as a lad watching WHERE THE ACTION IS. Linda did an excellent version of The Ronettes "You Baby" for the Kapp label in 1965.

  • Good, let's see reissues of those Where the Action Is episodes.

  • hi GDR352, I read that you had known Linda back in 1980 in Cortland , New York. Can you tell be what has become of her since. i just love and admire this rare talent. A great and powerful singer of her era. A very beautiful girl. thank you, michaelm5908

  • great hearing the old sounds

  • Can sumone plz upload "You Wanted Me To Be Your Baby" from her last single released in 1971...

  • I just got finished watching the movie, Mulholland Drive, which featured her song, "I've Told Every Little Star." But my favorite, which she, herself, wrote, is "Don't Bet Money Honey." Thanks for the nostalgia!

  • We enjoyed talking over coffee, mostly at her house. Her brother Billy and her mother came over frequently. They were very close. Her dad had passed away from cancer a few years earlier. As a teenager I used to watch a teen show called "Where the Action Is." Years after meeting her I recalled that she had been the show's co-host. Funny what a small world it is sometimes.
