Peace and Mindanao, Peace in Tawi-Tawi

One of Asia's longest armed conflict is in the southern Province of
the Philippines, Mindanao. This film focuses on Tawi-Tawi, one of
the Mindanao Islands closest to Malaysia and Indonesia but is by far the most peaceful among the 5 regions of the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao.

i enjoyed this short film. it was informative and thought provoking. it highlights the diversity within two very close cities that have different view points in culture and religion. but since the dawn of time differences have unfortunately gave way to conflicts. i suppose the real question is peace ever possible when ignorance is present?
