samsung galaxy i7500 - not working, can't call

buy samsung touchscreen phones at your own risk. got this i7500 galaxy in early 2010. bluetooth, pc suite doesn't work from day 1. samsung acknowledges it but fails to provide a solution. Samsung doesn't offer any android upgrades to the 1.5 cupcake running on this one. (fyi,latest version available is 2.2)
Now the phone doesnt even respond to any touch and can't even make/receive calls.
Cant imagine how the company can manufacture such bad products.
ps:haven't made any changes to the OS

solved it... rooted the pone and installed new android.... visit drakaz.com

@Amebixfan obviously a defective mobilephone company, they should never have entered this market. Own a galaxy myself, and it works.... sometimes. a couple of times/day it turn it self of, kinda - you cant unlock, cant turn it off and you cant turn it on...

sss yo que tu lo formateaba compi , Update the OS my friend, find it on the forums in google just try Samsung Galaxy I7500 ROM UPDATE Utility and format your phone or i give to you arround $100 or $200 dlls for that aparatejo viejo y oxidado jejejeje
