This is the 2011 Pride of Arizona Band Day Performance show produced by the Pride of Arizona's own video crew. The evening performance was the Pride of Arizona's best performance all year of their 2011 Jethro Tull Show, featuring the hits Aqualung, Locomotive Breath, My God, and Wind up.

The video features the performance filmed from 5 different cameras, 2 of which were attached to instruments on the field, and a professionally recorded and studio mastered audio track by former Pride of Arizona drumline member Joe Gallegos, who works at a local recording studio in Tucson. Kirk Sibley manned the field level camera and was also the lead of the production effort, including placement of the two remote cams. Aaron Holbrook provided the filming from the top of the Zona Zoo at the judges stand level. Jeff Watson provided the upper level stadium shot (seen in the previous released high level video). Roy Petrakis had remote camera #1 attached to his bass drum, and pointed backwards towards the entire drumline. Danielle Fair had remote camera #2 attached to her baritone. All the cuts were edited into this final video, and merged with the separately recorded audio track, by Kirk Sibley.

  • @TheSailingTrombonist why have one soloist standing on one leg when you can have the WHOLE band (including drumline)do it as well? ;)
