with a blue wheelchair placard in my windshield , the law is i can park in time limit spaces without a time limit. i can park in neighborhoods with parking permits, without a permit. i can park in pay to park places without paying, and like anyone else i can park in one place for 72 hrs without moving. all of these laws that are passed by the legislator, are violated by santa barbara police. and san diego la jolla police. ordinances do not trump state law. so why are police seen in most of my videos telling me to move or face arrest. not for camping because police cannot jump from one thing to another when they find out they are wrong on the nature of the origional call. it is the same as telling me i cannot bring my service animal into starbucks and then calling it a duisturbance when they are wronge about my dog. you see in the java jones video after showing police my service animal card issued by mtd they go into conferance and come out telling me it is now a disturbeance. that is illegal. where is the ADA attorneys for the federal governmentand the justice dept. who i sent videos too months ago with no answer. we believe the post office is in colusion with police and the city government. robing the mail to keep complaints from reaching the ADA CIVILRIGHTS DIV. A VEHICLE REGISTERED TO ME AND INURED BY ME AND POSSESED BY ME FOR OVER A YEAR A VEHCLE YOU SEE IN MY VIDEOS TICKETED BY POLICE ON AND ON . IF IT WAS STOLLEN THE COPS WOUD HAVE KNOWN IT IN THE NUMEROUS TIMES THE VEHICLE WAS RUN BY POLICE FOR OWNERSHIP!THESE TWO GUYS LOOK LIKE THUGS. AND THE MAJORITY OF POLICE I SEE NOWDAYS LOOK UNKEMPT SHODDY AND UNSHAVEN. WITH REAL BAD MANNERS. HOW DO YOU RESPECT THIS . I MEAN LOOK AT THIS GUY IN THE BACKGROUND BORED TO DEATH THEY DONT WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING BUT THIER OWN AGENDA. IS THIS GUY REALY A COP?
