21 years of age needed for civil air patrol senior members i think, what you do - you can be an Orientation Pilot, Teach Aerospace Classes, Help With Emergency Services, And Many Other Things.

If you are between 18-20 you can join as a Senior Member. However to reach officer grade you have to be 21 or older.

i mean technically flight officers r treated with the same customs and courtesies as officers to some degree and they basically have all the jobs as officers its just they dont usually hold any staff positions higher than that of a support staff position at a squadron

well senior members arent required to do physical training for promotions, but it helps to keep some standard physical fitness in the case that you get called out on a mission then you're going to be outdoors and in the wilderness. they usually give you a job at your squadron when you're ready such as finance officer, logistics officer, etc. just call up the squadron go to a few meetings and find out your role in the squadron. not too sure about senior member but i think that's the basic idea
