Thanks memphislover1 for your comment, I'm pleased you like my mostly rare Motown collection, if you look at my other 200 or so singles, you'll see that there's quite a lot that people tell me they've never heard before! that's why I've been adding these to You Tube, glad people like them after all this time too :-) John

i dont this this was 1965 cuz thats Dennis singing lead and he didnt join till 1966 or 67

You are quite correct, I checked the Motown lists, and it was indeed as CandyKane1 said 1967, they made a mistake on the single which was only released in the UK then. The Contours started on the Gordy label in 1962 and had singles every year until 1967, some of course never released!
