@CavySean The Yanks do win Championships by raising their teams. Ever heard of the dynasty of the late 90's? The stars of those teams were either drafted by the Yankees or traded for b/c other teams had given up on them. Either way, the Yankee coaches brought them to the championship. In the 2000's, Yanks tried to buy up chamionships. Result: no rings. In 2008, lots of players were bought but they were supported by a cast of farm raised/drafted talent including Phil Hughes, Robinson Cano, Joba.
