@sharkl11 lmao bro your living in fantasy land. if you were a gifted athlete, and they offer you 30 million contract on one team and a lot more on another believe me the last thing you care about it staying, its a business man.
LeBron's not gonna want to come to New York because WHY WOULD HE WANT TO PLAY WITH A GUY WHO WOULD MAKE MORE MONEY THEN HIM, WHEN HE'S THE BEST PLAYER IN THE LEAGUE!!!
Why can't Lebron just take less money, since he making lots in endorsements. Use that extra money to get some quality supporting cast and win championships
tonytone, i am not totally dissing the yanks, all apologys there, but think about it ever since the babe ruth era when ruth signed the largest contract of his time with the yanks, do your research, a majority of most yankee teams have been bought! actually all! very few players are farm raised, very few and thats all you can name is few
this shyt is soooooo damn pitiful! y does new york act like lebron is so ready to leave home. yeah he'll compliment them with kind words but....leave home without delivering a ship, when he actually has a good team around him, not to mention home can pay 30 MILLION MORE THAN NEW YORK OR ANY OTHER TEAM??? this day in age, big market don't mean shyt, LEBRON IS GLOBAL AT DIS POINT REMEMBER DAT!! GO CAVS!! get at me through twitter which is my name novatherebel
@LBJ23choosen1 do you honestly think he gives a fuck about you and the clevland fans, O yea hes going to stay knowing he will not win title there ever just for the fans, LOL he wants money, rings, and a good city, and better fans and he can only get that elswhere, thats why he going to chicago
@CavySean The Yanks do win Championships by raising their teams. Ever heard of the dynasty of the late 90's? The stars of those teams were either drafted by the Yankees or traded for b/c other teams had given up on them. Either way, the Yankee coaches brought them to the championship. In the 2000's, Yanks tried to buy up chamionships. Result: no rings. In 2008, lots of players were bought but they were supported by a cast of farm raised/drafted talent including Phil Hughes, Robinson Cano, Joba.
