  • @MrFiredownbelow didn't know that body building is a martial art :D :D

  • Wow! How realistic... This really is an effective system!

  • @kage110 But dont get me wrong. U made also good points in your comment but u are still very ignorant in most ways. Learn, Know, LIVE! And please do study human anatomy even for few months before talking ignorance as "facts". Punching power comes from the mind and the body. In mind the power comes from determination and fearless attitude/focus. In body the power comes from the main muscles in the punch: Lats, triceps, legs, hips, forearms and wrist, grip, ass, "shoulders" = deltoideus. Simple.

  • @kage110 Also, more body mass translates into more more punching power ---> It is this kinda ignorant comments that make me take action.. Body mass has NOTHING to do with punching power. Lets take for example BRUCE LEE. He weighted 74kg MAX. He punched thrue 15cm wooden board with only one punch. Thats one really THICK BOARD but even more crazier punch. His punching speed from hips to full expension was over 500 M/S. Now u think about that for a second and then repeat your ignorance. Peace.

  • Was sehen wir hier?

    Kampfkunst oder Fat circus?

Egal was, aber Kampfkunst auf keinen Fall...

    Also,blöd-blod!

All the same what, but fight art by no means...

  • I agree with you. Yesterday I read a new study showing that many people think they're healthy due to good shape but in fact they might be seriously ill because of fat layers around internal organs. On the other hand, big stomach doesn't mean that the person is sick. He, in fact, might be healthier than the former. Systema philosophy is very interesting. It's actually true about athletes nad survival. I reached wrong conclusion.

  • I agree with you on the health aspect but skinny doesn't always mean healthy. As to the martial arts aspect, Systema does not rely on athleticism to be effective (unlike many other arts). Bear in mind that athleticism can be lost with age and injury. Also, more body mass translates into more more punching power and more survivability (these guys are not just fat, they are solid muscle underneath too). Long term survival? I think they are well set up to cope with famine, unlike the athletes!

  • Real martial artists take care of their figure and health because obesity leads to premature death. I've never seen so many fat people like in this Systema. One has to ask himself what is the benefit of this art if main exponents look like this. It's aparadox and really odd thing.

  • für WIE BLÖD haltet ihr uns eigentlich?
