First off, I decided to change the name of my solo stuff, to Greater Than The Sum.

The name is reflecting the fact that this is not a "band", I am still writing all the music and I wrote the lyrics for this song, but I am going to get people from bands I've worked with to do guest appearances for vocals. So one vocalist for one song, another for the next, until I have enough tracks to release an EP. So the name is an ode to the fact the project is a bunch of people, who aren't in a band together, just get together to make music.

Credits for this song:

Music & lyrics written and performed by Chris Munday
Drums written and performed by Daniel Kerr (Despite My Deepest Fear)
Screams performed by Ryan Endacott (Despite My Deepest Fear)
Clean vocals co-written and performed by Sam Horton (Actions To Onslaught)

I have just finished building my new studio, you can see some of it in the pictures at the end of the video. Thats the main reason for my lack of videos of late, I've been busy!

I'm going to crack on with finishing the rest of the songs and hopefully I'll have lots more videos (originals and covers) up soon!

  • awesome song. what camera was this filmed with?

  • @JacobCain86 Thanks man! It was filmed with a Sony HDR-XR155E

  • is this an original or a cover?

if this is an original man freakin' AMAZING, lol. What drum program do you use and who is on vocals etc.?

  • @AkiraSpectrum Thanks man! Its original, I decided on a name change for the project. The drums are real, no drum programme! The clean vocals are Sam Horton, he's a great singer! I uploaded late last night, and it took forever, so I just edited the description now, detailing credits for the song!

  • Superbly done Chris...love the tone of the guitar work, the drums are so thick and not processed to killer proportions and the bass had the right depth to tighten and thicken up the rythym section...vocals were to kill for..yes that good... loved it brotha....
