Ugh he's so freaking adorable lol.

I think it was a great interview! He seems genuinely very nice and you can tell that he just lives and breathes music. I think it's amazing how well he understands it, he doesn't need to have notes in front of him or compose on paper or anything, he just gets it. Very cool guy!

The best collaboration would be with Andrew Bird and Regina Spektor..... they both sound different yet... not... idk.. I love them

for as introverted as he is the interviewer did a good job..several times i wanted to hit stop...

I love Andrew Bird's voice. I could listen to him talk forever about anything.

Thats anazing how brave he is to turn away from a up and coming band and try to do it on his own. Nothing but Respect Mr. Bird.

@bigcyhutch I disagree and think he does a fine job.
I think Mr. Bird can't help but sound a bit over our heads, as he really does work (musically) on a very different level than most people. His drive for musical perfection combined with his amazing talent makes him something very different from the rank and file of musicians. Not to detract from other musicians, though. He just seems to stand on his own musically.
He seems to be a bit out of sorts - personally he seems to be pretty shy and reserved.

into himself? He's being asked questions about himself.
