My first ever Deep Purple Concert..
I rode in the snow all of 3 miles to see my fav band, and they didn't let me down!

SOURCE: Audience recording
SOUND: Very good with no audience noise. Very clear during solos, with a bit of distortion here and there. Incredible bass sound for an audience tape (especially from 1987)! There is a drop-out at 5:57 in Child in Time, and another for the first two seconds of Lazy (before the song starts). 1) Strange Kind of Woman includes a bit of Jesus Christ Superstar, and The Unwritten Law includes a drum solo. 2) The segue between Blues and Dead or Alive is very interesting (with a touch of Teddy Bears' Picnic). 3) Jon's solo after Difficult to Cure fades out at the end of disc 1 and in at the beginning of disc 2, only to end 30 seconds later! 4) Great introduction to Lazy from Ritchie! 5) Jon's solo in Space Truckin' starts with Bolero, and also goes in America from West Side Story. 5) Black Night contains a tease of Woman from Tokyo and a bit of Teddy Bears' Picnic (with vocals) before Running Bear starts (a rather long and exciting version).
