Virgin Media 30MB (Speedtest.net inaccurate)

I have been on the phone to Virgin Media before about bad speeds, they recommended I use speedtest.net, so this video shows just why you should not use speedtest.net to get an accurate result; I recommend you use http://www.speedtest.bbmax.co.uk/

As this gives a more accurate reading of your connection, the speedtest.net tester makes people think there are problems when in fact its the servers which can become the problem causer.

u probs downloaded to much and they capped u for 5hrs, 10am-4pm= 10gb download, 4pm- 9pm 5gb download, 9pm-10am unlimited. if u use to much u get capped for 5hrs and ur speeds get reduced by 75%
