@ThomasRental You have to wrap the flail around an object or cover, so that when it swings round and latches on, it cuts the enemy in half. If the flail hits an enemy in the head in the same way, then you get Head Slicer, which is worth double the points. I hope this helps/

Frustrating! *Laughs* All I need is Meatslicer now so what do I get? 3 headslicers in a row! Gah! I couldn't do that again if I tried!

As of the very beginning of Act 3 Headslicer and Meatslicer are, in my opinion, the hardest skill-shots thus far.

Another tip is don't center your cross hair if you're aiming at a crate or wall an enemy is using for cover, just get the left/right of your cross hair on the edge of cover closest to the enemy so it latches on and swings round behind the cover.
