I copied your idea and it works great, though i decided to use a board slightly wider than my back so i could feel my arms being level with my back to avoid shoulder injury. Thanks, great vids.

I had 2 accidents whit this exercise and hurt both shoulders, im ok tough, after watching this video i see what i did wrong. i hit the dumbells in mid air Doh =P, nice gym you got there

why do this when you can get a dumbel bench for realy cheap

Very right, used benches are very cheap - I got one with 220 lbs of weight for $40. The issue is one of space, not everybody can find a place for a big bench and I wanted to show how with a little creativity you can make something that you can slide in your closet.
