my second attempt on making water with blender 2.48. Water resolution was 200. Baking time was something around 5hrs.

  • Hey, btw, how to I make the water slightly transparent? I cant find out how, or where the option in the buttons is! I need to make the colors there, but I need to see through it as well.

  • @TheJockman117 From the shading tab, ray transp

  • @TheJockman117 It's in the shading tab. 'Transp ray'or something like that. Play with those settings and you should get transparent materials.

  • 5hrs to make a 12 second vid? Not bad.

  • @Raiden1000002 Actually rendering isn't even included in that 5 hour baking time. Baking only calculates the water movement in the scene.
