The Falls Resource was once here; a two story bar, cafe, boat dock, parking with patios and decks. Summer dances were "Time of your life" stuff. People from Fresno, Madera and Yosemite would drive over for the day. It was the best spot on the lake. The State took it over to remove the resort and turn it into a lower use - picnic spot.

@SydeshowMO it does somtimes if you go down closer to the dry rock it REALLY hurts your butt and u get ALOT OF FREEZING WATER UP UR NOSE!!
