  • @ariisbest2 Yeah i ate the entire eggs, and you notice more strength the next day after eating good, if youre trainging hard to complete failure with heavy weights 12 to 8 reps ea set, 25 sets per bodypart, twice a week, you can eat your ass off and grow like a moe foe. Always challenge yourself and watch lifters that are stronger then you, and try and work your way up to what they are, sure youre gona smooth, but who cares its real quality muscle, with no help from the juice!

  • @powerlifted are you serious? that sounds pretty manageable, think i might give it a shot. two questions tho. 1) how long did that meal plan take until you started seeing results? and 2) did you scramble the eggs or hardboil and just eat the egg whites?

  • @ariisbest2 Well when i was your age, i did, Chest back on Monday, shoulders arms on Tuesday, legs Wednesday, then repeat it. Food was, 5 to 8 eggs, with cheese melted on it, next meal was a can of tuna with cheese, pickles mayo, next meal the same, dinner was whatever my mom was cooking, with two packs of animal pack vitamins, no protein powders, i would eat peanut butter with celery too, for snacks. and later on that night have left overs i was stuffing myself, but training so fkn hard

  • @powerlifted damn forreal man? im 15 and just about a month nd a half ago i started eating more (6 times a day, i dont eat bodybuilder meals like chicken breast and brown rice, but i do what i can when i can with whatever i have) and ive gone up in weight, but i feel like its all fat, my muscles are noticeable but not enough to make up for it. at least im not skinny anymore, but you got any tips? (right now im doing chest + abs, bi's + tri's, legs, and delts, traps, back- 4 day split in a week)

  • @ariisbest2 Well lets just say not what it use to be, but i put a load on my body that keeps me stiff and sore lol,,, its pretty much soon as the soreness is out, and thats about 4 to 5 days i hit that bodypart again, i come from old school, 25 sets per body part 2 days a week, and i was doing that since age 15, then my training parter opened up Kleins gym in anahiem ca, thats when i was almost 17 and then it was on, i ate my ass off and worked out as heavy as i could, i got so big n strong

  • @ariisbest2 Trolling? what am i trolling for, well at least he is admitting to gh and anabolic use to a major extent, on his web sight for that i comment him big time! Now i remember meeting him way back in 1980's at Adam & Eve gym when he didnt look all blown out from gh and roids, he looked very good with his longer hair how Arnold use to wear his. Then when i met him at Golds with Surge Nubret he was Gigantic and blown out, its so crazy what guys are taking,,,he was very cool however!

  • @powerlifted yeah your right its not like he was one of the strongest lifters out there for a while. and as for what is he doing now? he's taking care of an amazingly supportive family, and hes a great guy. maybe if you got to know him, it would put a stop to your trolling. :)

  • @powerlifted ok look, i know he took steroids and he openly talks about it and regrets it but where in my comment did i say anything about him being all natural? as juiced up as he was, the man was lifting heavy way before he started it. but back to the point at hand, how would you know how i look? im 15 years old and im not a bodybuilder so if that classifies as shitty, i really couldnt give a fuck.
