i instaled a (whole house attic fan )in my hallway. i bought it from lowes . i open all the windows and turn that thing on and its like a giant wind tunnel inside my home . quite awesome i think . best home invention they ever made .

I have central air in the house, but I like it a little cooler at night and I don't want to cool down the whole house, so I have a small air conditioner in my bedroom window that I use at night.

Yeah, hot drinks make your body work harder to cold down. I like to have a good fan moving the air around too.

To stay cool in the summer , in southeast GA ..THE BEACH !!..lol..if thats not available , wear as lil as possible , and lots of ICE COLD water {with organic lemon of course}
