Loose curls with a cheap flat iron - Dos & Don'ts

If you're having trouble getting curls with a flat iron, this video explains the 3 most common things you might be doing wrong.

Use a light hair spray that still allows some movement once you're finished. Don't spray it on before you curl it or while you're curling it, as this could cause your hair to get stuck in the flat iron and it'll also be very messy. I'm sure it's not good for your hair either.

Avoid using frizz-ease serums and heavy products, as it will weigh your hair down and your curls will fall out quicker.

Don't ever use any type of oil including Moroccan oil on your hair before straightening or curling with a flat iron, as it will fry your hair.
