Fallin For You Chapter 17

i saw This is It this morning and MJ was so light on his feet and happy and really good at dancing and singing

*Nicks POV*

We went to Alexs house in Tennessee. It was really nice. Her grandma lived there and she had horses. She eventually woke up and ate and then she was gone. She ran out the door to go see Peter Piper and Butterfinger. Im not even sure who he is but whatever. "Who is Peter Piper?" I asked as soon as she ran out. "His name is really Jake but theyve been friends since they were little" her dad explained. "Oh ok so all were doing today is the show in the park?" I questioned. "Well you guys can go places if you want to" "Alright we might go shopping or something" Kevin said. "Do you have any go carts here?" Joe asked. "Yeah theres a lot here actually. You can either go somewhere if you want a track or if you go in the back theres a shed type thing and theres tons of that type of stuff in there. Alex is really into it so she loaded it up" her grandma said. "Sweetness" Joe said standing up. "Have fun and dont get hurt" she said. We walked outside to see a huge detatched garage. We opened it up and there were motocross bikes, ATVs, go carts, mini motorcycles, and dirtbikes. "Does your girl do enough?" Kevin asked overwhelmed at the choices. "Apparently not" I said laughing. "Well I say we go down the line" Joe said. We all agreed and go on the go carts first. We rode them around for a about an hour. I thought Alex would be back by then but she wasnt. "What next?" I asked. "ATVs?" Kevin suggested. "Sure why not?" me and Joe said at the same time. We hopped on and took off. We spotted a trail in the woods so we went down it. At the end there was a lake. It was understandable since the trail was like ten minutes. It wasnt a huge lake but it was big enough for jet skis and a boat. There was another garage type thing on the water. We opened it and there were jet skis and a boat of course. "This girl has everything" Joe commented. "Yeah she does but would you expect anything less" I added. "Not really but what time is it?" Kevin inquired. "Like 2 on the dot" I answered. "Ok lets go back" he said. We went back and got ready. We were done around 2:30 when Alex ran in the house knowing she was late. "Sorry Im late we lost track of time" she apologized running past me. I saw a guy talking to her dad and grandma and I figured that was Peter or Jake. For a second I thought he looked better than me and then I realized I was judging another guy and thats kinda weird. He walked over to me swinging his hair out of his face. "Hey dude" he said. What is up with her and guys that say dude? "Hey Im Nick" I said. "Nice to meet you Im Jake but you can call me Peter if you want to" he said. "Alright so are you going to the show in the park with us?" "Yeah I am. Is that cool with you?" "Yeah thats fine" I answered. He was definitely my favorite guy friend of hers that I had met. "Are you going to any other shows?" I asked tryting to keep the conversation going. "I hope so. She asked me to be her roadie since I already finished school so I have to ask my mom" "Ok well I hope you can" "So are you her boyfriend? Bestfriend?" he asked. "Boyfriend of about a month maybe" I answered. "Cool Im glad she found she found somebody she likes. She used to always complain that there was nobody that she liked and nobody liked her" "Really?" I asked. "Yeah but what she didnt know was that I always liked her but Im over it now" "Oh I thought a lot of people wouldve liked her. I mean look at her shes pretty hott" I said. "Yeah I guess so" he said laughing. She walked down the steps and she was finally ready. "You look pretty" me and Peter said at the same time. Thanks she said blushing and laughing a little. "Were already late so lets get going" her dad said. We walked outside and got in the black Escalade that was waiting on us. We drove to the park to see tons of people waiting for us. "No meet and greet this time this would take too long" she said. "You got that right" me, Kevin, and Joe said at the same time. We went out and did what we do best. It was fun and kinda cold but we still had a blast. "Its so weird how you can sweat and be cold at the same time" Alex commented when we got in the car. Everybody gave her a look like she was strange. "I was just making a point geez" she said turning to look out the window. I grabbed her hand and looked out the window with her.
