around 45:00 he's talking about self-justification which is a basic concept of social psychology. you pay thousands of dollars for courses and then convince yourself that it's worthwhile because you spent so much money on it. hazing is another example of self-justification. you go through the hazing to join some organization, and then convince yourself joining was worthwhile because of what you just went through.

The most exceptional footage I've seen on the subject. So refreshing to hear someone speak in a down to earth way (swearing and all) about this most dangerous and deceptive of CULTS. I will add that I agree with an earlier post... ALL religion is this way. They all lie, cheat, steal, want power, control, world domination, and so on. But Scientology is just so stupid, with aliens, spaceships, and other BS, written by a science fiction writer, that it's laughable! Kudos to Beghe for speaking out!!
