Diagnosed with anaplastic ependymom, a form of brain cancer when he was ten months old. He was one of the Nationwide Children's Hospital's 5 fore 5. The event highlighted five children who have battled pediatric cancer at Nationwide Children's Hospital over the Nationwide Tournament's five-year history. Each young cancer survivor was paired with a Nationwide Tour professional. The players and kids had fun over a game of putt putt.

Wow, this video touched my heart. I just lost my grandmother to brain cancer last month. I am so glad to seee this child has fought as hard as he did. Keep up the good work.
