Saturday morning at the Plano Balloon Festival, September 20, 2008. After the balloon launch, more balloons flew in over the trees in the east to compete in a "marker throwing" contest. The goal was to toss a ring onto a pole and to toss a weighted streamer onto a target on the ground. The pilot who got the closest with both won.
