This was an illegal protest made by women. In order for someone to have a protest anywhere in the world aurthorities have to be informed in advance. If the protesters do not agree to brak it up forces will come to break it up. Even if this protest was pro Iran and it was holding up traffic and disrupting the order of things Police would have broken it up
