  • needs a bit more back pressure eh?

  • @titanicwhiz why do you say that? all the cats are there they provide enough backpressure to keep everything happy. im pretty sure the trans is dying though and it sounds like the engine just spun a rod bearing too...

  • Miss that sound! MY old SHO used to get extremely sluggish when I opened up the exhaust (pre 3rd cat) from the loss of backpressure. In fact, under WOT, it wouldn't even reach 4th gear, it'd just stop accelerating at around 100 mph (maybe 5-6K rpms), and take forever to get there. Sounded awesome though, and drew blank stares everywhere I went... :)

Like the description about your cams lol!!! Every other comment on my SHO videos is people telling me about the cams...

  • just for future refference never do a run with a full tank of gas.....unnecisary weight

  • @imserious2187 Cause its only a 3.4 V8, based off Fords 2.5 duratec V6. only produces around 220-230 HP. you want a fast SHO, get a new ecoboost one, or one with a manual transmission

  • seems like these sho's arent that fast for a v8
