in dragonball, tien was supposed to be a decendent of the hindu god shiva, kinda like how goku was suppose to be a decendent of the monkey king. but the rules changed in DBZ, goku turned out to be an alien so tien probably is too.

I was always under the impression Tien was a human because of all the whose the strongest human debate. I always thought the third eye was from intense meditation and enlightenment. The multi-form cant just be a alien thing because Krillin has performed it in the saiyan saga.

@adityagogeta In Dragonball Z Krillin still didn't have a nose, Tien still had 3 eyes, Chiatozu is still a doll, they still had talking dinosaurs.

1)king piccolo is revealed to b a namek but his kids look like demons not child nameks.eg.cymbal,tambourine
2)piccolo jr is eating fish in db which contradicts the fact that nameks drink water
db was a moral based show aimed at kids.thats it.
