Hiya , I have commented on your late video . I understand and have felt all you have. I had weird symptoms for years that I brushed off xxx I dont know what triggered your masto to come into veiw . I hope you are having more good days than bad xxxxx Josie

i am experiencing the same, it is just recent that i was able to find out of the condition.fortunately i was able to find out of whats my allergen,its the Kiss bug/Bed bug.just a bite could trigger the allergy..waking up in the middle of the night feeling like dying, i do collapse at times and waking up in ER..i transfered residence last july and so far im ok with worry free sleep.just always carry with you an anti histamine.

Do u actually get UP 15x a night or ur awakened that many x's (due to symptoms) & then fall right back 2 sleep?
No fast food due 2 the histamine level that rises n meat after it's cooked or 4 some other reason(s)?
I eat fries all the x, but that's the only thing I'll eat on a fast food menu. Seems 2b different med opinions whether eggs & diary r triggers, so I just play it safe.
I do know I feel MUCH better having eliminated all fast food except fries.

I get up due to symptoms ..mostly heart palpitations and breathing issues.. painful cramping of my feet and legs and really bad dreams of dying, those are just as bad as symptoms! I hope you are feeling well today... : /

Ohh, sorry to hear about your nightmares. Sometimes dreams seems so real...those are the ones that seems to stick with you - in the back of your mind for days to come sometimes, huh?
Hey, what happened to your Cocoapuff video? It says not available on my Mastocytosis playlist now.
Oh, and I'm happy to say that my head cold was short lived and I'm doing pretty well these days.
