well if you acctully worked out and that 165lbs was muscle then it would be easy for you its not that hard just takes hard work dont beleive if you dont wanna
im not flabby i was 172lbs and i lost it from working out and i didn't get flabby i was realy just eating to much so i lost that and im varly lean i got a visible 6pack so not flabby lol
have you got a good body as in a not alot of fat and a flat stomach or are you quite flabby? i just wanna know because i wanna be 155lbs when im older but if i stay 5,5 then i wanna make sure im quite muscly if you look up sean sherk hes only 5,6 and weighs 155lbs hes one built mofo lol

you bench 185lbs? i bench 215lbs i way 126lbs im turing 15 in 10 days i dont know if that good or not but im guessing yours is pretty bad
