  • I feel so sorry for my country, Canada. Why do we have to follow the same directions- the same terrible paths which other western countries choose to take. Niqab? I am a proud niqabi, and I can tell you if Canada or brothers and sisters or any country asks me to remove it I WONT. I will wear it, and they can take me to the police station and if they remove my niqab I will walk around with a hood on, or a mask, or with my hair in my face because this is my country and THAT WAS MY FREEDOM.

  • I absolutely support niqaab! The Canadian governemnt can be so hypocritical. To them its absolutely OK for women to dress like hoodrats, trash and whores and to expose themselves to everyone. To them its OK if nuns wear a veil, but if a Muslim wants to wear a niqaab, somehow its wrong! It makes me so ticked off. Alhumdulilah I am a Muslim and I support my brothers in sisters. and I most certainly support niqaab/hijaab. :)

  • @UrCanadianSister and were here to make sure no one touches you. Your honored sister and we'll die for you.

  • I agree with Sh. Saeed , we should respond to the national post after twisting and switching up his words because they really are ignorant...if all the muslims stood up and did something we cannot be ignored.

  • well they are stupid enough for not embracing islam...if they ban the niqab wont surprise me at all

  • If it comes to the point that you get arrested for wearing niqab, then it becomes obligatory for you to make hijra (migration) to a country does not violate your religious rights as a Muslim.

I live in Canada, and my wife wears niqab, and this would concern me, but I honestly do not think the Canadian government would be stupid enough to ban niqabs. I could see the Quebec government doing it, but not the federal Canadian government.

  • Jazakillahu khair bro
