Okay. It's a Miley Cyrus INSPIRED makeup. She's worn green eyeshadow sometime in her life, and there's a 95% chance that they got it on camera. Honestly you seven year olds need to chill the fuck out, it's not here to make you look like Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana, it's just INSPIRED by her.
