Composate sticks are good, but a wood stick is cheaper and will last just as long if you take the time to get the mechanics of the shot right. unfortunatly, wood stick will soom be obsolete as composate sticks are actually incorporating science and technology to make a better shot for someone who doesnt have great mechanics. keep in mind though that Al MacInnis shot 107mph with a wood stick ;D
